New Powell-Bones Bearings
Powell-Bones is coming out with two new bearings. The Super Red bearing is a step up from the Bones Red bearings. These bearings have a nicer ball, nicer race, and nicer surface finish than the Bones Red. These are in stock now.
The Ceramic Super Red bearings are between the Swiss and Ceramic bearings. They took the steel materials used in the Super Red bearings, but replaced the balls with ceramic balls. This creates a bearing with ultra high performance features for significantly less money than the Bones Ceramic. They don’t have a firm date on these yet, but we’re hoping for sometime in July.
Both of these bearings are 8mm only (at least for now).
Sure-Grip is working on a new line of bearings, to be called “Cube Bearings”. We hope to receive these late July or August. We’ll get you more details as soon as they’re available.

Always skate smart. Use appropriate protective gear. If you're not an experienced skater then learn to skate indoors at a roller skating rink. It's a flat and smooth surface with no traffic to deal with. We strongly encourage you to take lessons (most skating rinks offer them).
