As we approach our busy season, here are a couple of tips to keep in mind:

If you fax (540-342-7873) or email (info@seskate.com) your orders in, remember to include contact info so that we can reach you if we have questions. Please include a daytime phone number that leads to a live person, not a machine.

The same thing applies to any returns. It is amazing how many returns we get with nothing identifying who is returning the product or why. If we don’t know who is sending it back, we can’t give you credit.

UPS will not deliver on the Thursday or Friday of Thanksgiving. If you want to bring in some inventory for your Thanksgiving sales, please get that order in to us ahead of time. Do not wait until the last minute.

The quad catalogs are in stock now, the inline catalogs and price lists are at the printer. We hope to get these out in the mail later this week.

Sure-Grip has purchased the Rock Skates company. Some of you may remember this as the company that had the skates with the flame design on the boots. We will be getting a shipment of these skates very soon. They currently have three different models:

GT40 - Black boot with simple logo
Rock Flame - With the yellow and orange flame design
Rock Ghost - Black boot with a silver flame design

We received a new shipment from Tour / Roller Derby. This included a new version of the Malibu skate and a new high end hockey skate called the Code One. We’ll have more info for you on these skates soon.

Always skate smart. Use appropriate protective gear. If you're not an experienced skater then learn to skate indoors at a roller skating rink. It's a flat and smooth surface with no traffic to deal with. Take lessons.
