November Update

There is a lot of excitement right now in the skating community. Rinks are upbeat, skating is being featured in videos and commercials, even roller derby is making a comeback. There are more new skates to choose from this year than in any previous season. Most of the new skates are in stock now, including the new Labeda G80 quad speed skates (the black as well as the special edition silver) which just arrived. Sure-Grip’s Fame quad art skates are in stock in most sizes. We’re still waiting for a few items (Lynx LS2, the new Sure-Grip speed skates), but most of the new items are in stock and ready to ship.

Price lists and catalogs went out in yesterday’s mail. There are a couple of corrections we need to let you know about. Please be sure to read the cover letter enclosed with the mailing.

Hyper has a new indoor inline hockey wheel called the Saturn. It comes in 74A (red) or 76A (clear-black) and in sizes 59mm (red only), 68mm (red only), 72mm, 76mm, and 80mm.

Lynx Bearings are now in stock. These are quality bearings that come packaged in a very attractive metal display case. Everyone that has seen the bearings has been very impressed with the packaging and “look” of these bearings and we think they’ll be a big hit this season. The bearings are 8mm and come in three versions: ABEC5, ABEC7, and ABEC9

We also now have the Lynx Swift Lube, a cleaning oil packaged for individual resale.

Always skate smart. Use appropriate protective gear. If you're not an experienced skater then learn to skate indoors at a roller skating rink. It's a flat and smooth surface with no traffic to deal with. Take lessons.
